I absolutely not further along, I am just following one tutorial and things they show don’t work cause different blender version or I am doing something wrong. The rig in tweet was made by addon but I don’t think it is even close to correct, so I am back to very start

So in my 3D modeling journey I reached weight painting stage and I am having a lot of trouble with it.
I am not good enough at it to do it manually. The automatic ones don’t really work too well.
Made this thing with riggify addon, I don’t think it’s good

Nvm, found issue, there was two loops of vertices in single spot for some reason

I redid, now its better only thing the line between feet and legs

i manually added vertices to the 22, so now both parts that have to be merged have 29 vertices

just theoretically how can i decently connect 29 vertices to 22

yeah it would seem decimating doesnt work too well here

is there a way to decimate only part of object instead of whole thing?

I need some professional help from someone who knows blender, i have this issue and i cant at all solve it
