Interesting comment to call the Labour party and, by extension, its members plastic patriots. How many of your former colleges and comrades are you stigmatising with that label, Jeremy, all of us, or just a selected few?

Its RW propaganda that millionaires are leaving the UK in droves, along with the stories that tens of thousands of publicly educated school children are flooding the state sector because their parents can't afford the Vat on their school fees. It's all dam lies...

This is the inevitable consequence when the direction of travel is towards an authoritarian regime, promoted by a president and those his put in place to sever him and not the country he was elected to represent. This should sever as a warning to us all,if you elect RW populist party.

With the reported ICE agents at every game at the FIFA World Club tournament that starts today, and making up part of FIFA security teams to check that fans who attend the games from outside the US are carrying proof of legal status. What is the point of the USA holding international tournaments?

I love Tyrique, but his lost in this game up front. It's time to move Enzo up front and bring Lavia on to play next to Caicedo if we want to win this game. Do something, Maresca. This game is going the way we've seen too many games go this season.

That must be the easiest first half Newcastle has had all season. For Chelsea, the usual suspects go missing, and Jackson once again shows that a club that is looking to step up to the UCL doesn't have the quality the club needs at that level.

Interesting fact, Rick.
The significance of which would be lost on the present ownership and washed over by the plastics who follow Chelsea these days.

If the rumors are true and Ancelotti is leaving Real Madrid at the end of the season, then Chelsea need to act now. Move heaven & earth to secure his signature and have him in place by the end of this season. Maresca has to go....

Just put us all out of our agony and SACK Maresca tonight. The performance this evening was inexcusable a new low for the club.

It's a new low for the club. It's absolutely horrendous what's happening at Chelsea now. What we are now witnessing i wouldn't have thought possible just a few short years ago. Maresca has to go imo.

Tonight was a new low for Chelsea FC. Qualification for a semi-final in a Micky Mouse cup doesn't compensate for a shambolic performance against a team who would struggle in our Championship. If the Chelsea board were watching tonight, how can they possibly keep Maresca in place? He has to go.

17.04.2025 21:11 β€” πŸ‘ 4    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

No Sanchez, too. But it starts with Maresca and his constant tinkering with the team. Those his playing, who shouldn't be.
Those on the bench not playing who should be. Players are out of position. Maresca is a hindrance to the teams progress now, not an asset, because of his inconsistency, imo.

13.04.2025 15:24 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

These poor performances by Chelsea, game after game are all self inflected, and it starts from the moment Maresca names the squad. Players are out of position, players who are on the bench and should playing. Others who are playing who should be on the bench. It really doesn't have to be this way!

I take it, you mean Maresca?
I hate to be a bearer of bad news if you are, i have a feeling you will be seeing a lot more of him in the Chelsea dug-out next season..

It's difficult watching Chelsea these days. They offer very little in the way of entertainment.

FFS, what the hell is Maresca doing. He must be working on his ticket out of the club. If anyone has any idea what is going on at Chelsea, drop a line to Mr T. Boehly, c/o Stamford Bridge.

Dont know how you feel, Mark, but UCL qualification should be the priority for the club, especially for Maresca, over anything else, including the Micky Mouse European Conference league. It's what sorts out the wheat from the chaff when it comes to buying top players in the summer.

If Labour can find a way of doing it where it won't cost the UK taxpayer billions of pounds to line the pockets of those in the water companies who have already made themselves rich raking billions of pounds in share profits at the cost to ordinary water consumers in the UK. Then sign me up.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Midnight next week,to be more accurate. Its no consolation knowing that Arsenal contributed a part in the mediocrity on display today. Despite Chelsea obvious shortfall in defense,a poor GK in Sanchez,Arsenal, were little better than Chelsea, imo.Which was a surprise as their sitting 2nd in the League

All the way over to norf London today to watch a team that can best be described as only going through the motions. They turn up wearing the blue shirts of Chelsea, which is the only resemblance to the team I watched just a few seasons ago winning in Europe and becoming the World Club champions.πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯

So we have settled on Nato expansion as to reason for Russia invasion of a sovereign Country. Not the freeing up of those Russian speaking Ukrainians who want to be part of the greater Russia.Or indeed the elimination of the fascist carbal in Ukraine.Thank you for clearing that up, Lord Lebedev.
