As expected, dispute appears to be over White House demands to break the law. These aren't 'disputes'. Law is clear on this. Only mystery is how it was that Long, a very Trumpy guy and not part of the ethics community, seems to have not gone along, or not enough.

(Once it’s back, create a few ice blocks - I’ve used various Rubbermaid and store bought containers - for just this purpose. Can put in fridge next to dairy products, as well as bunching up frozen stuff. My electric company failed me a couple years back ~2 days. Lots of garbage. 😠)
