Sorry you're going through it, and I know the feeling. Being really burnt out when you're done the -work- part of art so you can't really enjoy the free creative part really sucks. I've found trying out new mediums in the interim helped in the past, but I really hope you find a way that helps you!

Uncovered some ancient art from 2018 to use in reference to some 2022 art. I didn't realize I'd had this Queen Of Blades aesthetic for so long but I'm here for it.

Also from the trove of old art, a reanimated skeleton who broke free from the necromancer that raised him and went on to be a King, with his faithful cat companion. (The cat is actually a mage)

As an artist; not only do I HATE drawing backgrounds, I don't even know what a background is. Like. I drew the character, why do I suddenly have to add shapes and shit behind them? You're not looking at the background, you're looking at the painstakingly drawn PIXELS I SPENT 9 HOURS ON STOP LOOKI--

Wild Elf archer I played a while back-- really got into Warhammer Fantasy wood elves and just kinda oopsie'd my way into playing him for...half a year? Shamelessly stole Kerillian's aesthetic for the armour though.
