Being in your 40s is wild. There are people my age who have babies, people my age who have teenagers, and people my age who are grandparents.

Look, if being a mom at home with no village and no social supports was great, men would be doing it, dominating it, and trying to keep women out of it just like they try to keep women out of business and board rooms.

Since the President has ignored the allocation of funds authorized by our representatives, we have returned to the taxation without representation that led to revolution and the formation of our country.

Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.

Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

I propose reframing DEI as Total Talent, because that’s what it is. It’s harnessing the entire country’s talent rather than limiting our country’s achievements to what one small demographic can envision and execute.
