Not a vegetarian myself, but it’s just a lot of protein to get into my diet. My nutritionist didn’t want me to use shakes bc they don’t process as much in the body (since they’re so concentrated and also liquid) as opposed to regular food. But it’s just like… how do I eat enough to make this goal???
