Just my view, but personally I’d have been shocked if he hadn’t been aware of it.
Abandoning an AGM is another matter, because the company articles must permit it, which is perhaps what they checked during the adjournment.

Then you know nothing about AGMs - Celtic aren’t the first or last PLC to have an adjournment due to shareholder disruption - happened not that long ago with one of the major multinational companies, just can’t recall who at the moment

Odd thing is, all these large trades are at 180p, which is 5p above the market estimate, so someone has paid an extra £50k to buy these shares, assuming the same buyer.

Lindells shares are included in the 1 million - could be them selling again today, but we won’t know until Monday when they’d have to declare it. Same with the buyer if they’re or go over 5%

1 million shares is only just over 1% of total shares incidentally.

It’s now around 1 million shares and £1.8m in last three days, as there were another 232,000 sold today in two lots for £472,000, again at the inflated 180p per share.
Unless the buyer goes over 5% holding, or already has over 5%, we won’t know who they are
