i don't know if this is a firefox problem, a twitch problem, an extension problem, or all of the above

fixed some bugs in the irc but some still pertain, namely adding your own server to the global server list, and live updating the online user count + list, still considering making the beta public but idk if anyone will use it lul

For me it is, given i do use a few extensions, but sometimes it just builds up memory usage, one time i saw it using 10gb. It only really happens if i have it open for a while and switch through a few streams

Not really, the server is run in it's own file, you can just use the client to manage some things, so it's pretty much just an irc client, but a server file will be included in full-release so anyone will be able use both anyway

my IRC program is coming along, it's in closed beta for now, still some stuff to iron out before public release

that also works well, what i was trying to do is make it so that if someone posts on twitter it posts on bluesky as well purely because people often forget about bluesky and just go back to twitter, so it would make them use it even if they forget about it

well i'm pretty experienced with python so i can make shit kinda fast, but you gotta take into account that neither of them worked anyway, so make it 2 days and counting :)

the python one kinda works but i tried using it with inspircd which won't work with the config i set up and i don't really wanna use python anyway

the rust one was taking every input twice (so typing "test" typed "tteesstt") i'm a noob at rust so idk my shit so maybe it was just something stupid

yeah but that's not really how i built it, decided to just completely rewrite the client file anyway

update: i think i need elevated permissions to the twitter API ($100/month) for it to work, but i can't tell because it's just telling me my valid key is not valid?
