You don’t really understand a system until you intervene in it. As #localgov is gripped by #LGR madness it is so depressing to see the sheer number of politicians in delusional bubbles and the number of ‘respectable’ consultancies willing to hitch a ride on a snowball hurtling to the gates of hell.
