Demons sadly only lasted the one, six part series. It deserved a longer run and is worth a watch if you haven't seen it before!

Other well known faces that appeared in Demons included Richard Wilson, Pauline McGlynn and Sam Loggin.

Luke and his mentor Rupert Galvin encounter a 'demon of the week' in each episode with guest appearances by Mackenzie Crook, Kevin McNally, Ciaran McMenamin and Laura Aikman. #Demons

Holliday Grainger also stars in Demons as Luke's friend Ruby with former Peak Practice star Saskia Wickham recurring as Luke's mum Jenny.

Demons was the 2009 ITV fantasy series starring Philip Glenister, Christian Cooke and Zoe Tapper.

In an interview with Wogan (repeated on BBC Four back in December), Pauline Collins interestingly refers to the upcoming series of Forever Green as 'Meadows Green'.

Three series of Forever Green were produced, although Series 2 was delayed due to coverage of the Gulf War and aired back to back with Series 3 in 1992.
Now listed as one 12 episode second series, the last 6 episodes see increased roles for Daisy Bates and Nimer Rashed.

There are some famous faces making guest appearances in Forever Green, including a young Keeley Hawes, EastEnders' Linda Henry and Corrie's Maggie Jones.

Forever Green's recurring cast includes Wendy van der Plank, Philip McGough and Paola Dionisotti.

After initial storylines surrounding alternative lifestyles and healing, later episodes take on a more generic tone to living in the country.

I'm slowly making my way through the fifth series of 90's medical drama #Dangerfield.

I like how for the title sequence, Dr Paige's name plate has been moved to the top when in reality it is at the bottom in eps (as it should be for being the new Doctor in the practice).

Forever Green was a drama series airing on ITV between 1989 and 1992. Starring Pauline Collins and John Alderton, with Daisy Bates and Nimer Rashed as the Boult family, who move from the bustle of the city to a new life in the country.

Julie Graham (Commander Lisa Kennedy) starred in this advert for the Peugeot 106 in 1996.
