I’m voting straight ticket Democrat mainly because the Republican Party tried to steal the Presidential election in 2020.

That’s never going to change. I will never vote for a Republican in my life. But making good on these threats and anger would make my heart swell with American Pride again.

I really do feel fervor behind these words. I get right now these hearing are just kind of propaganda pieces for the Democrats, but my god if they make good on this anger and these threats I might actually develop a real lasting faith in them.

That’s right, motherfuckers.

What this era of American politics has shown me is that it is impossible to have populism without accepting a hefty amount of antisemitism as a consequence.

Provided we’re able to do it in a way that can’t be repealed via a simple majority of the House/Senate and agreement from the President we might be able to start to claw our way back from this.

It might sound a little weird, but it’s become *cringe* in wider American culture to be a Trump supporter. It’s no longer considered intriguing and counter-cultural. That’s what my tepid weathervane is.

There’s a lot of anger at Trump in America that can be harnessed already. I’m looking forward to his popularity cratering even more when he ends up trying to veto *everything* passed by a Democratic Congress.

He is actually in free-fall. In both the cultural/political spheres.

It would be really huge if the Democratic Party (after obtaining a strong trifecta) finally made the United States subject to the jurisdiction of the ICC.

I feel like that *one* move would go a long way toward restoring the country’s diplomatic prestige.

They’re concerned that the consequences of this mistake will be so dire that they will lose all narrative shaping power.

This Administration’s only goal is making Fascist meme content to create news cycles that says Trump is strong & badass.

In their infinite hubris, they thought the Iran strike would be a quick 24-hour “Trump is badass” news cycle. They literally meme’d themselves into a protracted regional war.

Just a quick reminder that Trump’s official position on why he hasn’t delivered on his promise to end the Russia-Ukrainian war in 24 hours is because “he was being sarcastic.”

I need you to know that is the Administration’s official position on that.
