3 years ago I was on the lowest level - my whole focus was on basic survival. I'm now at level 4 and I can feel myself touching level 5. I practice gratitude by writing 10 things I'm grateful for each morning. I find that it encourages me to acknowledge the good that already exists in my life, so that I can move forward with a positive frame of mind. It also stops me from breaking when life gets hard.
