Instead of this why not only allow congress members and staffers to trade with a delay say a minimum of 30 days before the trade is effective. That way they can’t time that insider trade easily and the public can see their trades in advance allowing transparency.

I was at this game. We were fighting for our lives to avoid relegation but you can never count out the “typical City” factor.

The UK needs to claim IP rights on English language and charge the US a large licence fee accordingly.

Would there be a timeframe that City (or others) would have to bring damages claims by? Would all claims have to be dealt with at the same time like a class action or could clubs file a claim whenever they wanted. That would seem like a poor position for the PL to be in.
