Ultimately what worked for me was flipping off my old job; even then it took me years of working with two therapists I admire and have chemistry with to make any quantifiable progress, sadly, so I'm afraid I don't have the silver bullet for AuDHD, I learnt by being dumb and failing not being smart

I speak from my experience of having had a similar outlook in life, and pragmatically things get better when you think less negatively because it gives you more mental bandwidth to deal with issues while usually negative emotions like guilt, concern for one's progress, etc take it away or so I feel

Acknowledging the fact that I do not know you that well, for someone who says that self acceptance and love are unquantifiable and thus non objective, you are also not being objective and negative towards yourself. I do believe everyone has merit for being alive provided they're not asshats about it

It's not about what you do or a matter of effort alone, it's also about finding out who you are, where your boundaries are and a matter of ultimately accepting and loving yourself for who you are with your strengths and weaknesses, and having LOADS of patience with yourself because no one else will
