the way james gunn handled GotG REALLY felt like they had a spreadsheet of character moments that they kept track of to make sure their interactions had memories to them between movies. felt like a forever-DM's level of care in character writing

a real shame disney handled james gunn like shit tho

its also why she panics so much when she sees he's injured in the beginning, and empathizes so much with his experiences in the medbay...

(also if you haven't seen the christmas special, it's canon and also elaborates a bit more on their friendship after endgame!!)

I GOT SO IMMERSED IN ROOK'S GAME and i often think about how hard a "remaster" of his arc would go... i was a baby RPer when his game began and he was a high CHA guy but my improv brain was too slow to get him into convos i felt he should be a part of back then. (and i'd tidy up his backstory a bit)

fantasizing about hypothetical rpg or visual novel adaptations of tabletop campaigns i've been in, while also a lil nervous about how they'd handle the bechdel test if i actually made one because our playgroup(s) were all gay furries rofl
