Do YOU know the difference between Rent Control and Rent Stabilized? Mayor-elect Mamdani certainly does.

We need MORE rent stabilization, as well as more building. And Council probably needs to take up the issue of EMPTY commercial buildings and apts in luxury "ghost buildings."
