Shadow Home Secretary, Chris Philp is all for gung ho UK involvement in Iran yet he openly admits, "I've not seen all the intelligence," and also "I don't know whether the US has a plan or not." listen to this;

Political journalism: tired old hacks, out of ideas, making stuff up after speaking to ex MPs/grumpy backbenchers. Depends who is currently in their contacts and will take them for a boozy lunch. Has-been gossips who have no interest in understanding or explaining policy to the public

Farmers are turning against Reform and it is not hard to see why.
Reform back a US trade deal that would allow chlorine washed chicken into the UK market. That is not patriotism. It is price dumping.
I wonder if Farage and Badenoch are having a little think about whether they should have been so gun-ho about supporting this war. You sure that's going to be a popular long-term position pal?

Their policies actually made us *more* dependent on oil and gas imports, not least of all Osborneβs decision to βdash for gasβ fired power stations and the ban on English wind farms.

Sadly the likes of the Daily Mail, Farage and Badenoch will not care. An increase in the numbers of people needing to flee will give them more rubbish to feed the hard of thinking and fuel the performatively cruel headlines where they point the finger to encourage us to be afraid of the wrong people
