usually with a clogged nose it’s just one nostril and u could try sleeping on ur side to unblock ur sinuses, and if its just one nostril u can still breathe just fine but with a runny nose it’s usually both nostrils + u look stupid sniffling every 3 seconds 😞

having a runny nose is actually worse than having a blocked/clogged nose idc what anyone says
