It gets martial weapons and shields, extra HP, 13+Con AC, smite spells (from PLD), etc. Sounds like what you want

Sampotes worked great on phase 2. it's not the regular slam damage that matters, since it has separate explosions triggered by slamming, which weren't affected by the change.
Should be the same with Magistar incarnon, i assume

Tip: Don't even try it unless you have a maxed out Arcane Nullifier, an incarnon weapon with the "chance for +2000% damage on non-critical hits", a slam abuse build on Magistar Incarnon or Sampotes, and a sentinel with Sacrifice + Primed Regen. Helminth invig helps too.

Spectre scores incredibly high performance ratings in combat tests, but only when he isn't... distracted. Recommendation: Create reward system to encourage high performance on-demand.

Combat unit Spectre's physical enhancements have had greater than expected, and highly promising, results. Unexpected side-effects have however been observed, including increased... "size" and libido. Continuing observation.
