While the cooking activity itself isn't really a mini game per se (from what I can tell), cooking is a profession in the game and there are plenty of quests involved in leveling up your cooking skills and learning recipes.

Well, it's more like you can make meals instantly based on the ingredients you own. There's not really any cooking _action_ so I don't know if it's a _game_ per se.
