Until the pandemic, Scary Cow was a group of San Francisco filmmakers. Actually, we were friendly cows. Members could work with other members for free in all filmmaking capacities. I directed a 1940s B&W film noir feature,"Roy Murphy: Private Eye" shot entirely in San Francisco and the Peninsula.

I must tell you that I love your channel and watch it as often as I can. However, I live in government funded housing which is also funded by groups such as Catholic Charities. The building was built in 2006 and is highly unlikely to have any electricity in the garage in my lifetime.

Glad to be there! I got your daylight savings time email. I have delayed sleep phase disorder. My circadian rhythms are messed up. I go to sleep around 4 AM and wake up around noon. I see a sleep medicine doctor for it. If it weren't for daylight savings time I would not see any daylight at all.

Wow. I totally agree with your sentiment and I think that is true for so many people. However, it seems to me that you must have at least some discretionary income to be able to afford any of those things. If I were practice any more personal austerity, I would be a saint.

I'm sorry. It was my first blue sky post. I did not mean to offend you. I also am an artist with an art degree as well as chemistry and neuropharmacology When I was in graduate school I was told that if I had a question I should try and answer it myself before asking it. That was my take away.

I am a neuropharmacologist. I recommend staying as current as you can throughout your entire life. Read the literature regularly. Ask lots of questions and see if you can answer any of them. Even study for fun.
