It's not perfect. The blending function don't work so well, but that was expected as Clip Studio brush engine is not made for that. I'm satisfied with the result, I only made it to make simple backdrops or to add some texture in some areas, I don't plan to use it to seriously paint with it.

Trying to create a brush for Clip Studio that imitates heavy acrylic paint.

I hear good things about Huion too. I'm not a professional artist too, that's why I thought that paying above 1k for a hobby was too much, especially now. But since art is now my only income as an unemployed graduate, I might buy a screen tablet.

A little bit of lag is normal, thats mostly the computer rendering the stroke.

In case the support is dropped, there's OpenTabletDriver, but it's a little bit finicky to setup but It gave to new life to my old Bamboo Create tablet.
