In fact, my therapist encourages me to age play, and we talk about the experience regularly.
It has changed a lot about how I feel about myself and in many ways I like who I am a LOT more now.
people love to say "go to therapy!" as a gotcha & then get mad when they find out that abdl/regression/pet play is actually encouraged as a harmless way to explore yourself
like, therapist would be more concerned about how you're frothing at the mouth over adults doing their own harmless thing lol
