There are days when my brainscape is so bleak it would make even george rr martin shudder, and sometimes the quiet little routine of seeing your name in my feed and taking it as a cue to spend a few minutes on wordle or other little puzzle games gives me the little reprieve I need to keep going.

Started with this cool light strip for the bathroom, and I ended up falling in love with the customization ability.

I can tell you roughly what time it is by looking at the combination of lights - and I ease my eyes into Awake at the exact same time every day all year.

Time change is still a nightmare, but outside of that my circadian is MUCH happier

It absolutely works for me - but the sunrise lamps werent enough. I have a floor lamp that turns on with a warm yellow light at 6, gets brighter at 7, and turns pretty colors at 8. I also have other lightbulbs throughout the house that increase or decrease brightness based on time of day.

I can always tell when the artist loves diapers themselves, they're drawn with all these extra details most miss. That ruffly peek band is ✨️
