It is an SFTP setup with explicit SSL encryption. She is returning an access denied error when she tries to log in to finalize publishing through WinSCP which has worked flawlessly up until this point.

I have three young children and a pregnant wife. I suspect this is the only time i will ever have to ask for help like this, but if anybody has #chime or #cashapp and is able to help, i would be forever grateful. Thank you.
