When I hear “snowflake” thrown around as an insult, I can’t help but wonder: since when did being soft-hearted become a flaw? Is it truly shameful to be gentle? To be kind? To want a better, fairer world for others? If being a “snowflake” means caring deeply, then perhaps we need more of them.
