I used a combination of Mr. Surfacer 1500 grey, black, and pink, with some Mr. Surfacer 1000 Mahogany for various sections.
I’m still finalizing some colors but I should be deep in the trenches next week.

Thank you! It’s sprayed over a pink surfacer. The main mix is scarlet red with a touch of extra opaque red and white. I did some chipping using black red from Vallejo and some oil washing.

The bulk of the painting is done. I used decals from a Tamiya P-51 Mustang kit I received at an IPMS show last year. I only used a few of them as many of the designs were microscopic.
Next up is detailing and weathering.
