Everyone's angry and the temperature is really high—and we should all be angrier than this even.

Notice their response isn't that the guy was trying to hurt them (because he wasn't) or that he was threatening them with the gun (because he wasn't). It's just that he *had* a gun. That's it. Something that's completely legal. That's their justification for his execution.

Something feels deeply wrong about the fact that Steve Zahn is almost 60 years old. It doesn't make any sense. It feels like when a character in a Lovecraft novel sees a creature from beyond time and space and their mind has to reconfigure it into something that their mind can reconcile.

If you aren't around Republicans daily, you can't comprehend how angry they've been for five years that the BLM protests went off without a public reprisal. That's what all of this ICE bullshit has been about: Poking Democrats until there's a reaction, so they can do what they wanted to do then.
