Now exploring #cochlear implant though it would take a lot of convincing to say yes to 3.5 hours under anesthesia. Anyone do this under local anesthesia?

Thanks for asking. It revealed residual fluid from the earlier ear infection but no acoustic neuroma. On to exploring a cochlear implant which is a great hearing solution but a risk of further vision loss! 🤪
