Or just try this at the end of the day. Set a timer on your phone for 3 minutes. Turn off the lights and close your eyes. Take in a deep breath for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 4 seconds, slowly exhale for 4 seconds, then hold it for another 4 seconds. Repeat until the timer goes off.
