But the part that made me laugh when I woke up was the fact that I ended my little dream speech with something along the lines of:

It was interesting dreaming a whole thought process that I do put a substantial amount of thought & effort into. I addressed it my dream & even talked about how I'm working on my shit. Good job, dream me!

So I had a dream recently where I overreacted to something because I felt insecure, but I didn't want to admit that & felt myself starting to lash out, but then I course corrected because I recognized it & didn't want to undo the progress I'd been making.
