?? I haven’t reported unfairly on her or gone out of my way to bash her. I think she genuinely ran a bad campaign that would not have stood a chance in the general, and is working off a model of politics that Dems need to be critical of after the 2024 collapse.

Talarico now significantly over the 1 million vote threshold with ~80% of the vote in.

For context the 2024 D Senate primary drew about 970,000 votes. 2018 (Beto) drew 1,042,000.

she ran the type of campaign that wins in a +25 D district, maybe a close primary, but not the kind that can win in a +14 Republican state.

anyway, people are welcome to yell at me but whatever the final outcome I will feel the same: Crockett ran a half-assed, low effort campaign that lacked any sort of central message, relied mostly on her national name recognition over substance and misunderstands the Texas electorate.
