Had a nice day out on Karmøy with perfect weather.

VRChat has the same issue. I find that many get frustrated working with Blender/Unity to get some small avatar change made.

Most of the ride yesterday was a transport leg on E39 and ferries, so not ao much to look at. Biggest change was the pets present at my hosts.

Another days ride. Not too far this time. If I went any further out I'd end up in the sea.

The districts east of Mjøsa are rather bland compared to this I'd say. But yes, absolutely blessed with the density of great vistas here.

Some hecking good views on my Norwegian coast roadtrip. And this is what I got with just the phone. My DSLR holds the better ones but that has to wait for me to get home.

Finally got to the first overnight stop on my 10 day motorbike road trip on the coast. Drove 6hrs to Sunndalsøra. Barely made it in time to check in. Tomorrow, I'll have far more time for shenanigans. Weather permitting.

As a language model it is pretty alright at mimicking a conversation in ways that probably helps. I know of one who had a stroke and had to relearn how to write or something, chatGPT was awesome for that.
For finding accurate facts, however, it is always inventing the information regardless.

All the front wheels really have to do is hold the car up and steer a little. Drag racing cars hardly need lateral grip, so they use narrow wheels to reduce rolling resistance when doing pulls.
Or so I think, could be more to it.

When on road trips, even in modern times, I look up important turns and places I need to pass through between the start and destination. It is a fun challenge to navigate by signs and having studied up in advance.

I do think about how much more I mistype with my newer phone than the old. Current phone is a bit bigger, and AI enabled...

I now get why so many indiedevs likes making RPGs and other ability-based systems. Heckin' fun to come up with all these weird items and effects.

Context: Trying to do to Bowling what Balatro did with Poker, but in our own way ofc.

A disassembled keyboard with circuit boards visible.

So I bought this old M-Audio Oxygen25 Midi keyboard a year or so ago. One key was dead and that's all that was wrong with it. So yesterday I cracked it open and applied a fix to the contacts under the keys. Unfortunately, applying some graphite to them didn't improve conductivity... Ideas welcome.

What's nice about having been doing game stuff for a while is that you amass a gradually increasing library of your own custom assets that can be recycled for new prototypes.
At one point bespoke new assets is almost not necessary to test ideas. No asset packs needed for me!

Swapped out my VW for a 1997 Toyota Camry, US-spec.
Never have I ever driven such a soft car, 1 speed bump turned into like 3 due to the poor shock absorbers.
