so true, having a lot of stress and also problems having a full nights rest can really affect weight loss too
I do think being able to have the funds, lifestyle and correct support to loose weight is a privilege most people don't have.

And loosing it isn't that simple either, everyone's bodies burn calories at a different rate, compared to muscle to fat ratio.
my advice to anyone who is struggling with weight chonky or skinny is just focus on getting a healthy relationship with food then go from there.

I am seriously getting fed up with all these gym bro's and others judging peoples weight when they literally have 0 idea of the struggles people go through.
being overweight isn't always about eating your feelings to deal with trauma or stress.

This doesn't also include people who are neurodivergent too who heavily struggle with food, due to either hunger, stomach issues, suddenly getting sick of meals they once loved.
And also anyone with any condition which causes them pain to move as well.

it's about balancing it out, having more muscle mass so you burn more stationary calories.
It's easier said than done when your body is actively working against you, people with long term vitamin deficiencies, can just have insane hunger womens bodies store fat easier, less muscle mass too.

i always assumed loosing weight was just: reduce callories=done
but that's not the case as your body will get used to the new calorie intake, then you will have to reduce even further, which isn't maintainable.

I been researching a lot into weight loss the science of it and stuff lately, just randomly been hyperfocused with it, as well as what actually works vs what doesn't.

Don't forget we still don't know how the microbiome even plays a part because there are people who lost weight through poop transplants.
body weight is a really complex thing that genuinely one mould doesn't fit all, and i believe we need more tailored weight loss help for individuals.

After all the weight loss help and advice i have searched for, i am still left with endless questions that can never seem to be answered. we genuinely need more research done into how individuals bodies differentiate in terms of fat to muscle ratio and hormones.

Honestly rly wished we had less diet/exercise stuff targeted in a way where its so absolute, and if it doesn't work for u its something your doing wrong when its not that simple, and everyone's bodies work differently, it leaves people feeling like there is something wrong with them.
