Really, it's my own fault for taking six months off, and being so shy that I have a hard time making connections in the way that matters in these social spheres. :P

Ooff, I'm behind in my writing. So much for sticking with a book a week. So, I'm still going to use this space for talking about books, but not in a rigid time period (clearly, lol)

I feel you :) I've made my peace for this vacation that rest is really the thing I need, so I'm taking the weekend and not saddling myself with anxious feelings about not accomplishing anything. I hope you get some rest this weekend!!

Week #3 : Richard Osman's The Thursday Murder Club. Another mystery, I know. I have a lot of them to get through :)

Finished Book 2 : Janice Hallett's The Appeal. Liked it, didn't love it. The concept was great. Found it somewhat lacking as an engaging mystery. Just wasn't my cup of tea. 3.5 stars.

Okay, Week Two's book : The Appeal by Janice Hallett; a murder mystery. There's gonna be a lot of these this year...

I mean... ngl, it sounds like an interesting subject to talk about but a) having been through a master's program myself, it can get tedious and b) it might be more interesting to talk about than to have to write about in an academic setting?

I always wanna hear what you guys suggest though!!
