We wrote about this in our memo for an American Space Regulatory Transformation Act last year.

The SpaceX proposal is basically both a) a request for a blank check and b) a weapon to undermine both the FCC and beleaguered ITU (from hundreds of thousands of existing applications) in this space.

Another one now is urging people to get vaccinated, as measles cases rise in SC. First it was Dr. Oz. As unvaccinated children attend school, outbreaks will increase. 950 reported cases in SC. Again, preventable. Thinking about how many encephalitis cases will be reported.
