Sen. Kelly has seen the OLC memo justifying the strikes.

He is on both the armed services and the senate intel committees.

IF the intel committee has a copy of the memo, they can vote to release it (Big IF).

Or he could just release and rely on legislative immunity.

He should do so.

A FOIA search - not even a release - for a single document will take nearly a year.

It's hard to think of a more clear example of WHY whistleblowers, leakers, and journalists are essential for the public's right to know.
