A Polish-Ukrainian joint venture will begin manufacturing Ukraine's Bohdana howitzers in Poland.

That would allow the howitzers, which are made to NATO standards and have been extensively battle tested in Ukraine's defence against Russia, to be more easily supplied to Poland and other countries.

The issue is not only what moscow says.

Today it moves through platforms, viral outrage, conspiracy networks, proxy media, oligarchic money, and algorithmic amplification.

So the continuity is real, but the delivery system is different.
