Classic Roberts.... chips away at a fundamental right until there's nothing left and claims nothing is overturned. What's that line? When someone shows you who they are, believe them.

I'm going to try to do on Blue Sky what I avoided doing on the bird app thing... that is to keep one account for everything which means I will occasionally say things that aren't strictly nonpartisan. When I do that, I am 1000% not speaking on behalf of my employer, which is a 501(c)(3). 'kay? Cool.

Forget Spotify, I keep WBER.org on in the background when I work... it's been playing alternative music since 1985 and they hand the reins to my old high school's radio club a couple times per week. There is nothing better than a 17 year old in 2023 saying, "coming up next... REM and The Sugarcubes"

Needless to say, this is a great development but the devil's in the details. Long live Section 2, but we have got to pass more voter protection legislation to fix what SCOTUS has otherwise done to the law since Shelby...

I was leading a session on voter engagement when Allen v. Milligan Alabama came down, which (stunningly?) upheld the last vestige of the Voting Rights Act. That sound you hear from DC is the frantic rewrites of previously drafted press releases that assumed (as we all did) the VRA would be gutted!

I skeet therefore I am.
