Players have injuries, form slumps and can be harder to justify.
But coaches are a fairly stable entity.
Hardwick was at Richmond for 7 years before they tasted success.
I'm glad we've stopped with the coach swapping.
I still miss him one of my all time favourites didn't want to leave even when the club thought about trading him thats a true Bomber

It's about time we got some stability at our club the club has obviously belief that Brad is the man to bring us back to our glory days.
It's a good move had it been more then 1 year extension then that's different.
I actually wouldn't mind seeing Drapes start up forward and I think he will from time to time, has been working on his goal kicking apparently

3.Tsatsas will be great in the midfield, kind of looks like a 'Kelly' type from the giants.
4.Edwards seems like he has great touch in forward, under looked player.
