Sounds good! Weather is a bit changeable here but planning to fix a couple of coax feeds outside and some wiring to my EME dish. Will also go for a walk in the local woods and may try to do a POTA but it will depend how I feel.

Sounds like fun. I’ve an old 8 core AMD box in the shack and it is super noisy when all are maxed out. It’s also power hungry. Dare I ask how much it was because it is a super cool piece of design. On a related note, I’m gutted I didn’t pop into the Apple Museum in Warsaw before it closed.

I’m loving it, particularly the tinsel on the picture frames! It also reminds me of my 1980s childhood! So much better than the awful, colour coordinated, decorations you see in many houses.

Peckham!! If in places like Kensington then the streets with mews houses are worth a mooch as good for photos.

Highgate cemetery (never been). Could always jump on the train to Cambridge if you’ve not visited. Loads to see/do/photograph - lots of Cambridge locals on here too!

The Horse and Guardsman pub, just off Trafalgar Square is worth a visit.

Random urban mooching is fun - loads of interesting architecture in places like the Square Mile, Embankment/Whitehall, Kings Cross and St Pancras stations are cool. Lots of parks etc.

Jump on a train and pop up to Bletchley Park - lots to see including @tnmoc.bsky.social RSGB radio stuff and the Bletchley Park Museum. Time it right and you’ll meet @peteronion.bsky.social and his amazing Elliott computer. It’s about an hour by train. If you do go, let people on hear know!

More quirky stuff Cabinet War Rooms under Whitehall, Novelty Automation (not been yet), HMS Belfast - great views of Tower Bridge and the City. Welcome Trust have an interesting museum and library if you’re near Kings Cross/Euston. 2/3

For starters you can’t beat going for a good walk/urban mooch - the area around Kensington is great for museums, Hyde Park etc. museums are free but specific exhibitions are charged for. Loads of brilliant art galleries inc Royal Academy. 1/2
