What a quick and simple way to completely undermine your reputation as a teaching and research institution.

There were a lot, but ones I remember include Romeo & Juliet, Macbeth, The Tempest, An Inspector Calls, Animal Farm, Of Mice and Men, Waiting for Godot, The House of the Spirits (probably my favourite), The Stranger, and The House of Bernarda Alba. Didn't hate any of them.

When Animorphs ended, fans were vocal about how they didn't like the depressing ending.
