This is true. Unless you have some notable accomplishment that you achieved without a degree like designing a piece of software on your own or something it’s very difficult without certifications and degrees. My computer science degree got me on the door, but I hated it and started my own company.

Sorry I don’t have a court case off-hand, but this isn’t about court cases. If you’ve worked in software development you know there is a push for trans/minority etc at the expense of merit. There is a whole culture that is degrading quality in favor of “diversity” - and there are leeches profiting

Unfortunately, that has not been proven. Instead what happened was a broad division that promoted hatred as white people felt themselves discriminated against (true), but were unable to speak about it for fear of being labelled racist or lacking compassion.

It developed out of good intentions and trying to include all people from a variety of backgrounds with the assumption that this would improve outcomes.

It’s not a zero-sum game. Nepotism and the good old boy club are bad but so is “diversity equity and inclusion” that discriminate against people based on their skin color or gender.
