No help needed. this is one addiction I never want to beat.

Since 1st January this year, I have listened to 1347 albums/singes, totalling 48.4 days.

Since 19th January this year, I have gotten 1950 albums/singles, totalling 62.4 days.

Yep, I’m getting more music than I can listen to, but still keep on getting more.

I’ve also created playlists so I can see the stats of how much I’m listening to music compared to how much I’m getting, and it doesn’t look promising.

I currently have in my collection 20911 albums and singles, which will take 753.2 days to listen to if there were ZERO breaks in between.

For work, I’m listening to albums in chronological order of year of release.

For other activities, I will choose what I want just as long I haven’t played it so far this year.

Yes, I am that anal about these things.

That meant that I had to reset the “plays” in iTunes to ZERO!

So, instead of trying to choose what I should listen to, I decided that I should start from scratch anyway.

For home, I’m listening to the albums in alphabetical order of Album Title.

So, I will admit, I’m an addict.

What am I really addicted to? MUSIC!

At the beginning of the year, I had to get a large external hard drive to keep all music files in one place; a 16TB hard drive.

iTunes then lost it’s library of what music files were where.
