and really, i don't care who Louis is with; i knew and loved him for his music and his lyrics. i can continue doing that without a problem. so, no, it's not because he's with someone other than H, if that's what you're trying to say

i may not be that political here. but i've always spoken out and on the injustices happening around me cause i understand them firsthand. If I've spoken out about this, it's cause the accumulation of everything that's been happening these past few weeks has reached my limit.

in the first case, you don't have to share the same points of view and values. and i think it's unnecessary that every time something about Louis is questioned, the first thing people do is say, "oh, but Harry." yes, I do it. maybe not so much here, but i've been doing it for years on the other app

and Louis is a person who always demonstrates with actions what he thinks or where he stands, so i'm sure he'll do it, or so i hope.

again, i don't think he buys into all this, and I get that he might not have a choice, which makes things even more complicated. that's why it hurts me on his behalf. i don't expect anything from his team; i know they're just pushing a narrative. but I do expect more from him.

this community used to be a safe space, but what's happening around him - the xenophobic, homophobic, and discriminatory comments on discord, his tweets and he still proclaiming to be proud and in love with someone who embodies those values it's a bit hard to swallow

i'm not making light of the fact that he's closeted, and i understand there are contractual obligations he needs to play, sadly.
however, i think it's crucial to acknowledge that the way this is being handled is alienating a significant portion of his loyal fanbase.
