I’m on ADHD meds and they were a suspect too, but same in that removing them didn’t help. I was having much better HR with meds and working on pacing and hydration but I got COVID again in September and feel like I got knocked down a few rungs again.

Haven’t found much that is specific to IST, I follow a lot of POTS accounts on IG, so much overlap with treatment and management of those. Other than some cardio work ups I haven’t pursued too much specific medical care because so many systems all crashed at once that it’s been ODAAT.

I’ve been on a post-Covid Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia journey since 2021. Episodes where I would be at 135 sitting down, 65 to 165 getting out of bed. Beta blockers help some. Hydration and electrolytes help. Happy to talk.
