I have been tasked with relaying a message for The Big Sleep, as it does not know how to use a computer.

"The autumn breeze calls to you
As the world turns to colours
You put on a mask to hide your own
To pretend, or perhaps
To find out what you really are"

I did not expect this from them.

Autumn has been truly great so far.

It has been so warm recently, that The Big Sleep actually melted into a puddle.

Of course, it is unharmed, merely showing off its feelings about the weather.

Not that we are actually affected by it...
...The Big Sleep is just very empathetic.

We have been trying to "gossip" amongst each other lately.

Supposedly, The Big Sleep is hirsute.

It's going alright so far, I reckon.

In our modern world, one has to recall Helen of Troy.
Once, the most beautiful woman in the world, with a "face that launched a thousand ships"...

Nowadays, one doesn't even need beauty, or a beautiful soul to launch their own armada, to fight their pointless wars...

Merely volume is needed.

It has been relatively calm here recently, uneventful.

Always wise to appreciate that when it comes, I reckon.

Sometimes...

...I feel like I'm unable to look behind me, as if something both deep within me, and vastly beyond me reckons that I should not see what lies behind my back.

Some other times, though, I just about spot that statue in my peripherals, just before I'm forced to face forward.

I celebrate the latter with eggs and smoked lamb cuts, both fried.

Ah, the summer solstice. Just around the corner...

Business remains as usual, I reckon, but we do observe it in our own ways...
Time Captains pulls an all-nighter, Santa chases the sunset around the globe, and I simply enjoy the elongated day.

We've tried to get The Big Sleep to make a post, but every time I check it before uploading, it is just an image of a QR code.

I know it can speak, write, so I reckoned that it would post something else. But it is always just that code.

Very, very peculiar.

I just had to inquire, for the sake of my nerves.
Attempted to find out the easy way, but Time Captains didn't elaborate much. I had to consult my gaffer, then.
Turns out I have nothing to worry about...
...but now I'm curious, he said it's "natural" yet also "inevitable".

Something terrible is on the horizon, I can just feel it.
Well, maybe not terrible, but something significant, I reckon.

In fact, earlier, Time Captains has inexplicably exclaimed: "It is, It was, It is to come." whilst staring off into naught.

I didn't get it then, but I'm afraid now.

Now that I think about it, it's strange that there isn't one of us for the consecutive May holidays.

On the other hand, I reckon that it's better than there aren't too many of us.

We are considering having a picnic, but Time Captains won't leave his study.

It would be a shame if he missed out, I reckon.

I apologize for yesterday's posts.

We were celebrating "my" day, however, unbeknownst to me, it intersected with a "special" other kind of holiday.

Long story short, I ended up "intoxicated", and the posts came from and during my "flight of fancy", I reckon.

This shouldn't happen again.

As the only individual from amongst my kin whose special day tends to move around between each year, it does pose a bit of difficulty at times.
