3. **SUSTAINABLE** - We need radical, inclusive policymaking that incorporates health equity. This means actively engaging marginalized communities—especially those with disabilities—in every stage of decision-making

2. **HEALTHY** - Leadership must be braver, more strategic, and willing to invest in the long-term: a “Longview” approach, combining bold leadership with rapid biomedical innovation (a modern-day "Operation Warp Speed").
