Depending when your car tax is due, it could save you a fair amount.

Sadly, mine was running December-December, so just three months of saving, but it all adds up.

Tip for UK EV owners.

If you live in the UK and own an EV, from April you now have to pay car tax, ranging from £10-£195, most commonly it'll be £195.

Tip: f you log on now you can tax your car today for the next 12 months for free, even if your car is currently taxed.

Make pork cabbage rolls for the first time, sooooooooooooo damn tasty!

Tip them into a bowl and add oil, I use low cal olive oil spray and add your seasonings. Usually salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder for me.

Cook for a few 12-15 minutes, shaking/tossing every five mins.

They end up, crispy, fluffy and a lot less drier than patting dry/oil from the beginning

Slowly perfecting chips/fries in the air fryer.

The latest change is to put them straight into the air fryer from the ice bath. Don't dry them. Shake the excess off and throw them into preheated 190c for ten mins.

Shake/toss them after five mins.

This steams them.

After ten minutes... 1/2
