Feeling a little lost today. Maybe I just need sleep.

To anyone who has struggled with portion control and weight loss, I cannot recommend getting onto a GLP-1 semaglutide enough. It has changed my relationship with food. Down about 65 pounds now.

Hit a milestone yesterday and gave lost 60 pounds. Lots still to go, but I'm very proud of the work I have put in so far.

Just the day from hell. Tomorrow has to be better.
