And then she's leading them into the tiny little restaurant and grabbing them a seat at the counter.

She clears her throat.

"So your weapons can kill demons?"

And she's off and heading down the sidewalk, rubbing her hands on her shorts.

She clears her throat. Smooth.

She's looking him up and down, her sword disappearing into air.

Soon, with both of them fighting back the wave of demons, there are none left.

Rumi lets out a breath and turns to the man.

"Are you okay? How--. Wh--. You know about demons?"

This was Rumi's day job. And night job. As well as being an international superstar. She was busy.

Rumi moved quickly and expertly through the demons, slicing them away easily, occasionally using hand-to-hand combat to supplement.

When she sees a demon jumping at the stranger from behind, -

Now was her time to intervene. Rumi flipped off the roof, diving down into the fray to begin slicing through demons left and right, and being mindful of any gunshots.

Her blade lit up the night in a blue glow.

-From a nearby rooftop, she takes a moment to simply watch. Did this guy have it under control?

Not to mention she wasn't trying to jump into a gun fight suddenly.

Rumi had felt a strong disturbance in the Honmoon, and she knew what that meant.

It took little time to find the source of the problem.

The demons weren't surprising, but what *was* surprising was the guy fighting them. With guns. Woah. That's new.
